Tufalla is a job board platform that connects freelancers with recruiters and companies in Cameroon and internationally. Our platform facilitates job searches, applications, and professional networking.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and maintain the accuracy of this information.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3.3 Account Types
- Freelancers: Individuals seeking job opportunities
- Recruiters: Companies and individuals posting job opportunities
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Interfere with the platform's functionality or security
- Use automated systems to access or use the platform
- Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights
5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

All platform content, features, and functionality are owned by Tufalla and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.1 For Recruiters
- Job listings must be accurate and for legitimate positions
- You are responsible for all communications with applicants
- Discrimination based on protected characteristics is prohibited

- Profile information must be accurate and truthful
- Respect professional communication standards
- Report any inappropriate behavior or job listings
8. Fees and Payments
Currently, Tufalla is free to use for both freelancers and recruiters. We reserve the right to introduce fees for premium features in the future with proper notice.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Limitation of Liability
Tufalla shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the platform.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification.
